I am a Portland-based psychotherapist who believes in each person’s innate health and wholeness. In my work, I support individuals in reconnecting with their inherent resilience so they can live more fully and authentically. At the center of my practice is a respectful, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to explore each client’s unique healing process. I help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves as a foundation for feeling more connected, empowered, and open to the lives they wish to lead.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, gender identity, job stress, major life transitions, self-esteem challenges, trauma, creative blocks, sexuality, grief, and loss. I approach therapy with warmth and compassion, helping clients heal from the past to feel more present, balanced, and connected to meaning in their lives.
My integrative approach combines Buddhist psychology with Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems, supporting a holistic mind-body-spirit connection. This approach allows clients to move beyond merely coping with symptoms, addressing the root causes of their distress. Together, we’ll create a space for self-compassion, clarity, and freedom to embody the life you wish to lead.
"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there" -Rumi
